After working as a flight attendant for half a decade, Rew noticed that our diets and lifestyle choices tend to be not so sustainable. His favorite hobby is finding at-home fast food hacks and giving his clients the tools they need to understand their diets and even show them how to make their own fast food favorites at home with a sustainable, nutrient dense twist.
