One-on-one training is available privately, semi-privately (2-3 people), and as a group (4+ people).

Now Boarding Out of LAX

Destination Strength is based on the Westside of Los Angeles, in the South Bay. In-Person Personal Training is available Wednesday-Saturday from Santa Monica to Torrance (Playa Vista, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Redondo Beach, and surrounding areas). We can meet you at your home, in a public park, or in gyms that provide written approval.

In-Person One-on-One Classical Pilates is available in a fully equipped studio in Hermosa Beach, CA.
